If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
According to the Act "LAW ON CONSUMER PROTECTION" (12/01/2007), the customer can return goods purchased in the store within 10 days of receipt.
RETURNS POLICY
You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days from the date you received it. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if these conditions aren't met. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). SHIPPING You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (in case of COD) will be deducted from your refund. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 15 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3-10 business days). Steps are easy to follow:
- Start your return by clicking here to submit a "Return ticket". Make sure our team has worked with you on the issue before you send the package.
- Securely pack the item(s) in a box or envelope of your choice. Please write your order # on the outside of the package.
- Mail your return package using a traceable carrier.
- Once we receive your package, we’ll promptly process your return.
