1. When will my order be sent?
All orders that are registered before 14.00 CET (Central European Time), on a business day will be sent either the same day or the next day after the order confirmation. Then there are different delivering duration by couriers, depending of your country.
2. Where is my order?
After you've received the confirmation that your order has been sent, it'll take from 2-5 days up to two weeks depending on the destination for the package to reach you. Delivery time may also vary depending on the size, value and weight of the package. For better estimate, please consult your local Post Office web site. If you have not received your package within a reasonable time period, please don't hesitate to contact us at [email protected]. We will answer you within 24 hours on working days.
If you have received a tracking number in your final order confirmation via e-mail, you can of course track your order. On your local Post Office web site you can search for your package with your tracking number.

3. I have received a wrong product?
If you have gotten a wrong product delivered to you, please contact our custom services at [email protected]. We will contact you within 24 hours on working days. In this case, we would cover returning shipping costs and send you the right product. The products you got by mistake, must be unopened and in pristine condition.
4. I am under 18 years old, Im I allowed to make a purchase from your webstore?
If you are under 18 years old you always need an approval from your guardian to be allowed to make a purchase.
5. How much do I have to pay in tax and/or fee when ordering to a non EU country?
If you have to pay an extra tax and/or fee is depending on the order’s value and weight. For more information about this please contact your local Customs Office or visit their official website.
6. Could you mark my custom declaration with “Gift”?
Yes, we can declare the parcel as a "Gift". If you have such request, then Contact us before or during the purchase in "Comments" field.
7. Can I change my delivering address after I have placed my order?
If we have not already sent your order, which takes place every business day before 14.00 (Central European Time), we always do our best to satisfy your needs, hence by the request we'll change the address. Please send an e-mail to our customer service [email protected] and write "Change the delivery address" in the subject line. Then write your order number and the correct address in the email. We will confirm your change, when it is made. Note, that you can never change the address if you have selected to pay with invoice (concerns Sweden and Finland) since the order for security reasons must be sent to the address at which you are registered.
8. Can I add products to the order I have already placed?
Yes, but only if we have not already sent your order which we do every business day before 14.00 (Central European Time).
Distributorship Questions & Answers
1. I am an active distributor, but would like to order products from your office. Can I place an order and still have it counted in my structure?
Of course you can. When you become an active distributor of Fohow, you can order products in any official Fohow representative office. In order for this order to be in your structure, additionally to the list of products you would have to provide:
The Fohow company itself is not handling small deliveries, but it is handled by distributors at their free will.
The order process is simple and consists of these few steps:
1) Make a list of products for at least 330 PV (minimum order requirement for distributor*) and send it to us via e-mail [email protected].
[*if you have a 2+5 structure, you can order any amount of products, until the business places are full. For more information please contact your sponsor.]
2) We check the weight of the parcel for the current order, count the delivery costs (depends on the total weight and destination country) and e-mail you the shipping costs for Registered parcel. If you are distributor from our network, we handle the process for free. For other network distributors only the Handling & Packing costs are being applied in an amount of 25 Eur/order. As we keep the process clear, we do not apply any additional fees - the receipt from the shipping company is scanned and included in an e-mail.
3) When you know the final total price for the order (Products + Shipping + Handling & Packing (optional) costs), you make a banking transfer directly to Fohow Office and notify us about the completed transfer. To exclude any misunderstandings, actual Fohow company's banking details will be sent via e-mail.
Note:
International funds transfer could take up to 10 working days, but it usually takes 1-3 working days to receive the funds. After an accountant confirms that the funds are already transferred, the products are taken from the warehouse for shipment.

Yes you can. In this case, the products are not at basic prices as in previous case, but at stores prices. This is due to the fact, that these prices already include all fees charged by PayPal system and banking transactions in order to transfer the funds to the Fohow company's banking account.
In order for this order to be in your structure, additionally to the list of products you would have to provide:
