How to form the order in 1-2-3 Easy Steps?
Basic information
In order to ease the order fulfilment, when counting PV points, the "Pricelist" table seen below was created. You place the products "Order quantiy" you would like to order and below the table in "TOTALS:" you can see whether the PV points limit was reached (minimum order of products on Distributor's price is 330 PV), the price needed to fulfil the Distributors order is included.
You can either complete the order formation online via table given below, and then submit you order manually (Step Nr.2), either download the table to you computer, complete the order formation offline and then upload the file to us (Step Nr.2)

There are two ways of how to form your order:
1) Choose the products from the Pricelist, which you would like to order.
Copy "Product Name" to the "ORDER FORM 1" (Step Nr. 2), add their required quantity by the product names;
2) Download the "Pricelist" table by pressing "Download Pricelist" button below the table; fill in the "Order Quantity (pcs.)" field; upload the file to us, using "ORDER FORM 2" (Step Nr. 2).

Funds transfer onto the official "FOHOW" Vilnius main office's bank account
Sequence of actions
- After clicking the "Submit order" button, you will receive confirmation, that your Order Form Request was sent and we will contact you with shipping cost depending from your order weight and location. In our confirmation letter, Invoice will be included.
- International funds transfer to banking account may take 1 - 3 working days. Successful funds transfer is being confirmed by accountant of West-European Branch of company "FOHOW". After confirmation, we take the products from the company's warehouse and ship the products to the given address.
- E-mail, notifying that order has been shipped, is being sent to you. Tracking numbers and scanned receipt for the shipped order is included.

When you complete the "ORDER FORM" and send funds onto official "FOHOW" Vilnius main office's bank account, please notify us by e-mail info@natural-healthcare-products.eu about completed funds transfer.
