Cordyceps in sports
Chinese athletes took Cordyceps in four Olympic Games already. Over the last Beijing Olympics the Chinese won 51 gold medals and confidently took the first place. After winning 16 medals more than Americans did, the Chinese have left them in second place. When one of the famous Chinese coaches was asked by journalists to identify the reasons for Chinese team success, he said "the secret is composed of two agents - an intensive workout and expensive mushroom Cordyceps. In this mushroom a long-term wisdom lays and a long-term wisdom helps to win.
American researchers have found that dietary supplements produced with Cordyceps significantly increase the strength of body muscles and organism endurance. The report on the scientific work has been presented at American Physiologic Society convention. It appeared that the extracts from the Chinese mushroom help body cells to absorb oxygen more efficiently, so athletes can sustain long-term exercise.
Recently Cordyceps products are used for training and various competitions not only by China athletes but also by athletes of the Baltic countries.

At training athletes are proposed to use 7.5-15.0 ml elixir "Phoenix" or elixir "Sanbao" per day (before breakfast) and one "Linchzhi" capsule before lunch.
During competitions listed doses are recommended to be doubled.
